01Who I am

I go where the problem is, from hedge funds to farms to enterprise AI.

In 10 years I've built financial dashboards at a hedge fund, helped digitize an agricultural NGO (and earned a farming diploma from CARI, Bareilly), shipped a government job posting platform, led 10+ products from MVP to production, built a multi-chain NFT launchpad for a global luxury brand, and delivered a healthcare platform under strict US compliance requirements.

At KiwiTech I handled more than the title suggested: tech lead, architect, client advisor, presales, and marketing support. I worked directly with leadership, advised startup founders, and represented the company on YouTube. Officially I was a Tech Lead, but the scope was broader.

Now at EPAM, I lead architecture and delivery for enterprise AI applications. I helped roll out AI pair programming across the team and reduced engineering effort by 30–50%. I also built custom agents for multiple SDLC stages before most mainstream tooling offered memory and knowledge features. I still work the same way: go deep, build the thing, measure outcomes.

Built custom AI agents for multiple SDLC phases before mainstream tools caught up

This was a large enterprise project in a restricted compliance environment. Off-the-shelf AI tools did not meet the requirements, and manual SDLC processes were slowing delivery.

I built a practical AI-assisted workflow with GitHub Copilot and custom agents for requirement-to-story, Figma-to-code, 5-Why RCA debugging, PR review, onboarding, and knowledge transfer. I also implemented custom memory and knowledge handling before similar features became common in mainstream tools.

A global luxury automotive brand needed to sell NFTs. Minting across Ethereum, Palm, Algorand, and XRP Ledger is complex because contract setup and deployment differ on each chain.

Built a multi-tenant, white-label NFT Launchpad that abstracted all blockchain complexity. Automated NFT registration and smart contract deployment under the hood. AWS cloud infrastructure. Global team collaboration. Client successfully sold NFTs worldwide.

US healthcare is fragmented. Patients, employees, companies, insurers, doctors, and hospitals often work in disconnected systems, which creates long, messy processes.

I helped build one unified platform with a privacy-first architecture. We onboarded all six stakeholder groups with dedicated workflows and met GDPR, PII, and HIPAA-level compliance requirements in production.
